The sites going pretty well actually. a surprising amount.
The myspace is usually a bit dead unless i post out a gazillion bulletins, the forums pretty popular, the main website is something im having a bit of a problem promoting though.
The only way ive found to do it is via myspace and word of mouth.

I think it's just the time of year - no one visits my site anymore either, and a high percentage of people have closed down their sites this season - probably busy being back at school and work in most countries and here in Australia everyone is preparing for the end of the school year.

You could put something interactive on your site that makes visitors want to keep coming back, like a tag-board
